A creamy and hearty dish made with chicken and cheese tortellini, perfect for a comforting meal.

- 1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (20 ounce) frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 ounce) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes and green chilies, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken shreds easily.
- Remove and shred chicken. Return to crockpot.
- Stir in frozen cheese tortellini and parsley.
- Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, or until tortellini is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- This dish can be served with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad.
- Feel free to add more vegetables, like spinach or bell peppers, for added nutrition.
