Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat the Chicken:
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the beaten eggs.
- Press into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Fry the Chicken:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Make the Creamy Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
- Add Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve:
- Pour the creamy sauce over the crispy chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
