- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko preferred for extra crispiness)

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip each breast into beaten eggs, ensuring they’re coated completely.
- Press the chicken into breadcrumbs, covering both sides, and set aside.
- Fry the Chicken:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Make the Cream Sauce:
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the cream and Dijon mustard. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine and Serve:
- Pour the cream sauce over the crispy chicken breasts.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in a bit of garlic and lemon juice before coating.
- Keep the oil at medium-high heat to ensure the chicken cooks evenly without burning.
- If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper to the breadcrumbs.
- Let the sauce cool slightly to thicken further before serving if needed.
