- 12 oz Spaghetti pasta
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 12 Mozzarella balls (bocconcini or sliced cheese rounds)
- 1 Egg

- Black olives (for pupils)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; shape into meatballs.
- Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- While meatballs bake, cook spaghetti until al dente and toss with marinara sauce.
- Slice mozzarella balls or cheese into rounds for “eyeball whites.”
- Cut black olives into small circles to form “pupils.”
- Place a cheese round on each hot meatball, then top with an olive slice; let the heat slightly melt the cheese.
- Arrange on top of spaghetti and garnish with parsley for a spooky serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute meatballs with plant-based alternatives.

- Serve immediately for the best presentation.
