Description

Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are tender lasagna sheets rolled with shrimp and cheese, baked in a rich Alfredo sauce for a delicious twist on a classic dish.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat.
  2. In a skillet, sauté shrimp with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until just pink.
  3. Mix ricotta, Parmesan, shrimp, and parsley in a bowl.
  4. Spread filling along each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce generously over rolls.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top; garnish with parsley.
