Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles
- Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- Alfredo sauce

- Ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat.
- In a skillet, sauté shrimp with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until just pink.
- Mix ricotta, Parmesan, shrimp, and parsley in a bowl.
- Spread filling along each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour Alfredo sauce generously over rolls.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top; garnish with parsley.
