- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over pasta or rice.
