- Divide the Pudding: Divide the pudding evenly into five smaller bowls.
- Color the Layers: Add a few drops of red food coloring to the first bowl and mix until you reach the desired pink color. Repeat the process with the other bowls using blue, green, yellow, and purple food coloring for each.
- Layer the Parfait: In clear parfait glasses, start layering the pudding. Begin with purple at the bottom, followed by blue, green, yellow, and finish with pink on top. Use a spoon to smooth each layer before adding the next.
- Chill: Place the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
- Garnish: Once set, top each parfait with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles for an extra pop of color.
