Instructions
- Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
- Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly at room temperature.
- Divide ice cream into separate bowls if you want multiple colors.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one bowl and mix well (add more if needed for desired color).
- Stir in colorful candy pieces into the pink ice cream.
- Assemble the Cake:
- Pour the pink ice cream mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Optional: Add additional layers with differently colored ice cream if desired.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Freeze:
- Place the assembled cake in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours, or until completely firm.
- Decoration:
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Pipe the whipped cream around the edge of the cake.
- Decorate with colorful candy pieces and sprinkles on top.
- Serve:
- Before serving, let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes to make slicing easier.
- Slice and serve chilled.
