Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 200g (chopped)
- Heavy cream – 100ml
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – for coating
- Mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
- Dark chocolate bat wings (made from melted chocolate or molds)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Make ganache: Heat cream until steaming, pour over chopped chocolate and butter, and stir until smooth. Add a pinch of salt.
- Chill: Refrigerate mixture for 30–40 minutes until firm enough to shape.
- Shape truffles: Scoop and roll into small balls, then coat evenly in cocoa powder.
- Add eyes: Press two mini chocolate chips on each truffle to form bat eyes.
- Make wings: Pipe or mold melted dark chocolate into bat wing shapes and let them harden.
- Assemble bats: Gently insert wings into sides of each truffle.
- Serve: Arrange on a plate dusted with cocoa for a sophisticated Halloween dessert!
