Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Mix in flour and baking powder to form dough; chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle, brush lightly with melted butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar + cinnamon.
  5. Roll tightly into a log, slice into cookies, and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 12–14 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze once cooled slightly.
