Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour and baking powder to form dough; chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, brush lightly with melted butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar + cinnamon.
- Roll tightly into a log, slice into cookies, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 12–14 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze once cooled slightly.
