Description

Delicious cinnamon cream cheese bars made with flaky crescent dough, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 8 oz refrigerated crescent dough sheets (16 oz total)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and the cinnamon together.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the bottom of the dish.
  5. Lay one crescent dough sheet on top and press it gently into place.
  6. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  7. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
  8. Place the second crescent dough sheet on top of the filling.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top.
  10. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and slightly puffed.
  11. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
