Delicious cinnamon cream cheese bars made with flaky crescent dough, perfect for any occasion.

- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 8 oz refrigerated crescent dough sheets (16 oz total)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and the cinnamon together.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the bottom of the dish.
- Lay one crescent dough sheet on top and press it gently into place.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Place the second crescent dough sheet on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and slightly puffed.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
- These bars are best served chilled for a firmer texture.
- Feel free to add nuts or fruit toppings for extra flavor.
