Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat cream and butter in a saucepan until just simmering.
  2. Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl, let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla and salt, then refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
  4. Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted milk chocolate for a glossy coating.
