Ingredients

- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate (for coating)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat cream and butter in a saucepan until just simmering.
- Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl, let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla and salt, then refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Dip each truffle into melted milk chocolate for a glossy coating.
- Place on parchment to set.
- Chill until firm, then serve.
