Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and cut puff pastry into three equal rectangles. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool completely.
  2. Whip cream, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until thick and fluffy.
  3. Melt chocolate with butter to create a glossy ganache.
  4. Layer one piece of pastry with cream, drizzle ganache, and repeat with remaining layers.
  5. Finish with the top pastry piece, drizzle extra chocolate, and dust with powdered sugar.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing for clean, creamy layers.
