- ½ cup mascarpone or cream cheese
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 1 tbsp butter (for chocolate ganache)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and cut puff pastry into three equal rectangles. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool completely.
- Whip cream, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until thick and fluffy.
- Melt chocolate with butter to create a glossy ganache.
- Layer one piece of pastry with cream, drizzle ganache, and repeat with remaining layers.
- Finish with the top pastry piece, drizzle extra chocolate, and dust with powdered sugar.
- Chill for 30 minutes before slicing for clean, creamy layers.
