Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange small piles of pretzels.
- In a saucepan, melt caramels with butter and cream until smooth.
- Spoon caramel over each pretzel pile, letting it bind them together.
- Melt chocolate chips until smooth and drizzle over caramel clusters.
- Sprinkle lightly with sea salt while chocolate is still warm.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve crunchy, gooey, and chocolatey.
