Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
