Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Italian sausage (cooked, crumbled)
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Heavy cream
- Garlic (minced)
- Olive oil
- Onion (optional)
- Parsley (for garnish)
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells until al dente, then drain and cool.
- In a skillet, cook sausage with onion and garlic until browned.
- Mix sausage with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the sausage-cheese mixture.
- Arrange shells in a baking dish and pour over a cream sauce made with heavy cream, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Top with extra mozzarella and bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Ensure pasta shells are cooked al dente to prevent them from becoming mushy during baking.
