Description

Ingredients

  • 8 cannelloni pasta tubes
  • 1 lb ground beef or sausage
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook cannelloni tubes until just tender; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook beef with garlic, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. Combine cooked meat with ricotta and Parmesan, then stuff the mixture into each cannelloni tube.
  4. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange stuffed cannelloni on top.
