Description

Ingredients

  • 5 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
