- 5 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Place on the tray and bake for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy warm, melty, and spicy!

- Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- For a crunchier texture, consider adding breadcrumbs on top before baking.
