- 1 loaf French bread or pizza dough (rolled flat)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the bread or dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
- Add sliced jalapeños evenly across the surface.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are crisp.
- Slice into squares and serve warm.

- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- For a richer flavor, consider adding more garlic.
