- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, ham, onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and half the cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm for a hearty, cheesy delight.
