Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded hash browns (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, ham, onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and half the cheese.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and drizzle melted butter over the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm for a hearty, cheesy delight.
