Ingredients
- Pizza dough or breadstick dough
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Butter (melted)
- Garlic powder
- Dried parsley
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough into ½-inch-thick strips, about 6–7 inches long.
- Tie a small knot at each end of every strip to form the “bone” shape.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for a spooky, cheesy Halloween snack.
