Description
A quick and delicious cheesy beef ravioli skillet dish that combines tender ravioli with a rich meat sauce and melted cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (20 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt & pepper
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add ravioli (uncooked if fresh, or thawed if frozen) and stir to coat.
- Cover and simmer for 8–10 minutes until ravioli are tender.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the top, cover until melted (or broil for 2–3 minutes for bubbly cheese).
- Garnish with parsley or basil and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.
- Feel free to use any type of cheese ravioli you prefer.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick meal.
