This delicious apple cinnamon white chocolate fudge is a perfect treat for any occasion!
Ingredients

- ¼ cup butter
- 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup freeze dried apples
- 16 oz white chocolate
- 3 tbsp dulce de leche
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, add the white chocolate, butter, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and apple juice.
- Place the pan over low heat.
- Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Grind the freeze-dried apples in a coffee grinder until finely powdered.
- Stir in the apple powder and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Drizzle the dulce de leche over the top and gently swirl with a knife.
- Let the fudge cool at room temperature until set, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares before serving.
Notes
- This fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Try adding nuts for extra texture if desired.
