Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (peeled, diced)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup oats (for crumble)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make crumble by mixing oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.
  5. Top with diced apples and sprinkle with remaining crumble.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool slightly, drizzle with caramel sauce, and slice into bars.
