- 2 large apples (peeled, diced)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup oats (for crumble)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Make crumble by mixing oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.
- Top with diced apples and sprinkle with remaining crumble.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly, drizzle with caramel sauce, and slice into bars.

- Adjust the amount of caramel sauce based on personal preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
