Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh apples
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel sauce
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Core apples and slice them almost to the bottom in a crosshatch pattern to create “petals.”
  3. Brush apples with melted butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until tender and petals open.
  5. Place each apple blossom on a plate.
  6. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  7. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce before serving.
