A delicious breakfast tortilla wrap filled with eggs, sausage, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 cup ground breakfast sausage, cooked
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked hash browns (or frozen, thawed)
- 1 tbsp salsa (optional)
- 1 small tortilla or extra piece for center seal
- Butter or oil for the pan
Instructions
- Lay out large tortilla and layer scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and hash browns in the center. Add salsa if using.
- Place a small tortilla round or cutout over the filling to help seal the wrap.
- Fold edges of the big tortilla over the center in sections to form a hexagon.
- Pan-sear seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat with a little butter or oil. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Slice and serve hot—perfect for dipping or grabbing on the go.
Notes
- This wrap can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the sausage.
