Description

This creamy Biscoff white chocolate fudge is a delightful treat perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 16 oz white chocolate buttons
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 oz Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 3 Lotus Biscoff biscuits (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate and condensed milk.
  3. Place the pan over low heat.
  4. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat.
  6. Stir in the Biscoff spread until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff biscuits evenly over the top.
  9. Let the fudge cool at room temperature until set, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Cut into squares before serving.
