Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut puff pastry into 8 squares and press into a greased muffin tin.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden, then cool slightly.
  3. In a saucepan, whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch; cook until thickened.
  4. Stir in egg yolks and vanilla; cook for 1–2 minutes more, then cool completely.
  5. Spoon cooled custard into pastry cups.
  6. Top each with fresh raspberries and blueberries.
  7. Dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
