- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 Sub rolls
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; shape into meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in a skillet, then simmer in BBQ sauce until glazed.
- Cook bacon until crispy, chop into small pieces.
- Place glazed meatballs inside warm sub rolls.
- Drizzle with more BBQ sauce and sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
- Add crispy bacon bits and chopped herbs.
- Serve hot, cheesy, and saucy.
